    Pete was very accessible and patient. He always took time to explain the process and nuances. He even sent us spreadsheets that helped us make decisions regarding our mortgage.

    Over all Pete was a great representative whenever I had any questions or concerns. He was always happy to help and really made this process both understandable and easy from the get go. I will definitely recommend him and NAF in the future.
