    Nothing to do with the staff or bank. In my circumstance the policies takes away the convenience of online banking. I had to open an account to make what I needed work.

    Andria Oest is awesome. She is professional, thoughtful and kind. She is the best banker I have ever dealt with. Currently, I have accounts with three other banks including Chase JP Morgan and CITI.
