You kept me informed, answered my questions, and I knew what to do each step.
Everyone with whom we dealt was professional, knowledgeable, and kind. My only suggestion would be to have only one person communicating with the client. It got somewhat confusing having so many mails from different people on her team.

I moved here permanently in 2007 to enjoy year-round seasons, mountain scenery, and a great community of friendly people. My husband Chris and I live within walking distance of downtown and enjoy the variety of shops, restaurants, and entertainment this historic "small city" has to offer.
We feel honored to volunteer with Hospice, celebrating lives well lived and meeting extended families. Our family grew this year as we welcomed our first grandchild, Winston, in June.
We love to travel and visit at least one new destination each year.
