Paula, You called the appraiser and asked him to change it after it appraised with no repair requirements. Your buyer did not have down payment funds so you did this so she could get her earnest money back after the home had been under contract...

This Lender was not honest with us as the Seller. The appraiser was asked to add repairs after we were informed that no repairs were needed. We were not informed about this second Inspection. Poor communication and very dishonest with us. Would...
