Paul was very informative, he make me feel special and important, he makes me feels comfortable, he works with me and for me. We were blessed to have him working with us.
Consistent updates and always incredibly pleasant to talk to, and very helpful in all the advice and guidance.
More communication. We feel Paul wasn’t proactive enough. Too many issues were left to resolve in the 11th hour. Super nice guy and very knowledgeable but it was more stressful then it should have ever have been.
