Had i know before hand at certain step, specific communication or language is used. And the officer could verify back with the borrower this is what he/she want to do and/or they have not done this.
Personal attention from Paul. Willingness to answer all my questions and help.
Delay in communication, although my wife and I were rushed for documentation. Also there were repetitive requests for documents already provided. Better management of documentation would have made the process a lot easier.
