It was confusing using the app and getting emails.
Less people for the mortgagee, that’s me, to deal with. Although everyone was very nice I believe I dealt with at least seven different people during the process. This became somewhat confusing and definitely annoying.
Paul was wonderful to work with. He was responsive and informative.
