we were told that mortgages are rarely sold and we have not even made our first payment and it's already been sold. No longer feel we have a contact and are back to just being a number.

The process took nearly four months The underwriter did not know how tocalculate commission income despite my sending guidelines . Loan officer was not available and did not return calls or emails. Loan was in violation of Reg B. Credit decision...
