She was friendly and worked with us on trying to get all of our paperwork in. She was patient in answering all our questions and responded very promptly!
Patty really went above and beyond to get me and my family a great rate and loan. Her response time was quick. When I had a question day or night anytime. She has a great partnership with my realtor which made things really fluid and easy.
They were aware I was in the middle of a divorce and said it would be no issues. When it came time to close was told we could not close with out final decree. Thankfully my ex and I pushed the court to get it done in time to close.
