Professional service from patty and her associates .Second time we have used her.
Although we didn't require much attention with our file (not our first house buying rodeo) Patty still knew our file and was very attentive to any questions we asked.
Patty was great, and showed how prepared and protective she is for her clients during our closing. A few surprised thrown in, and she was right on top of it. Excellent. Very professional.

Everything that was expected was laid out from the very first meeting. It was incredibly easy to work with everyone on getting paper work together and the communication was amazing. Responses to any questions we had were extremely fast.
