The process from start to finish was very simple. We were always well informed and we knew what was expected of us. House buying can be a stressful process, but we didn't receive any stress from Howard Hanna.

Helpful advice regarding recasting mortgage. Prompt responses, very accessable. Allowed to quickly make an offer.

Was able to get a better loan in terms of rate then I was pre-approved for from other vendors. Howard Hanna was able to secure a loan that waived mortgage insurance with only 15% down which was great in this environment. Process to finalize...
