Patrick and Jennifer replied promptly to all of my emails, gave me amortization charts of what my mortgage would be for 15 and 30 years, and were pleasant throughout the whole buying experience. They worked extra hard to close quickly.

We had all kinds of issues! Not with F&M but they didn't give up on us! They were patient and thorough and kind thru the entire process!
