The process was managed well - didn't have to reach out to Pat directly many times. The one time that I did - it was urgent and he was immediately available and responsive and immensely helpful. The experience was pleasant enough that I'm curious...

This was the worst lending experience ever!!!!!! My clients deserved better The worst!

There was a lot of miscommunication, lack of communication, and being told conflicting/untrue information. The r*te for my client was also attempted to be switched at the last minute, and thanks to their attorney, was not. Paperwork was not...

Pat was extremely unhelpful and dishonest throughout the whole process.
