I was told totally different things by every person I spoke to. I am still unclear what I need to pay and when. I’m not sure how to access my account with my newly refinanced loan.
I was impressed with the speed and convenience of it all.
I would like to have been kept better informed of what was going on since it took four months to finalize the closing. I appreciate how it was initiated but the lack of updates leading up to the conclusion was frustrating.

The process took very little time. Any questions I had were answered quickly, all in all I had a very good experience with getting this loan completed. My loan officer was very helpful. I recommend. Freedom to anyone.
