Very smooth process.
It’s been 2 months and this company can not work around or even follow a schedule! Seriously considering taking business elsewhere.
Pasquale Mungiole was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He made the process very easy.
The representatives have me inaccurate info regarding my home refinance options. My escrow analysis was not done properly. It took entirely too long to complete my home refinance application. Currently waiting on an update!!
Better communication! I had to call to see how my refinancing was progressing! Sent requested documents, but was told they never received them which delayed the process.
i started the process of a va STREAMLINE loan back in march and it did not get competed until late sept . i have done this several times before in just 2 to 3 weeks . very slow . It did get done after i said cancel it I will go some where else...
