Overall very helpful. It was not clear that I needed to have a large payment ready for closing after the initial downpayment, would have liked to had more time to prepare. Other than that, a good experience.

Owen's a native of Columbia and graduated from The College of Charleston, so he's incredibly well-versed in the needs of South Carolina homebuyers.
