Working with Owen and his team at Guild Mortgage Company has been great. I would definitely use them again in the future. They were professional and kept me informed all along the way.
He beat out (censored), which is hard to do. I got better rates and lower closing costs that any other lender was able to offer. The whole process went smoothly, will be mentioning his name to everyone I know!

His mortgage education includes attaining the Residential Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB) designation in 2013; and after graduating from MBAs School of Mortgage Banking in 2011, he received his Accredited Mortgage Professional (AMP) designation. Owen's a native of Columbia and graduated from The College of Charleston, so he's incredibly well-versed in the needs of South Carolina homebuyers. Whether it's financing for the first-time home buyer, buying a vacation home, or finding a loan program for the real estate investor - Owen will make it happen!
