The whole process is a pain, especially already having a loan with you. Everyone involved was great though
Overall Great Experience
I think there is some disconnect between inside teams. I was getting calls, messages, and letters from the loan department regarding late payments in my old loan when I had already a new one in the system and details about the refinance.
Orin keep mr informed and connected on a personnal level. Thank you Orin, and Planet Home Lending. I would also be remissed if I did not memtion Katie; they are a great team.
