Olivia was very easy to work with. She did an EXCELLENT job explaining everything about the loan to us.
Despite a few hurdles and a bit of over reacting on my end when they came up Olivia was calm and very professional and worked diligently to find a solution to each hurdle and made the process a lot smoother.
