    We had surprises when we were at closing and it never really got figured out. If it wasn't for that it would have been better then ok

    It's nothing against Olivia. I started working with a different agent from the company and halfway through the process he leaves. I got Olivia and she's wonderful but still very much confused as to why he just up and left.
