Mario was very easily reached, helpful and transparent throughout the process.
Mario helped us with our mortgage refinance. He was great throughout the whole process and answered all of our questions.
I really enjoyed working with Mario, great communication and very informative and helpful being a first-time home buyer. I do think the communication dropped a bit once I started working more with Kyle, however.
