I’ve bought and sold multiple properties in different U.S. states. This has been by far the easiest bank to work with. Thank you for making this an easy and straight-forward process!

Chris was great and I feel he fell victim to Chase Bank not being so great. His pre approval turned out to not be such.... given Chase viewed things rather different so had we known that from the start our ending would have been much more manageable....

There were several instances where I needed to ask questions multiple times via email. A lot of thread hopping in email became a burden to keep track of on the most up to date statuses. Lori was very friendly & approachable.
