Henrik was patient in explaining options, in particular that helped us jump on our new home before our existing home was sold.
Elizabeth was quick to answer any and all questions no matter how weird they may have been. She answers calls on the weekend and overall just had amazing communication.

Better communication would be nice. We typically had to reach out to get updates on underwriting.
