Henrik, was available through out this process to answer all of my questions or concerns.
She was very communicative and made sure to take her time to answer our questions if she did not know right away. In addition, responses were always in a timely manner.

Lynette was great. The communication with Joanne was lacking and I didnt feel like a customer that had earned my VA loan privelidges by serving my country. I felt more like a persn asking for welfare.
