Angela did an outstanding job. Always available to answer my questions even after hours. Made the entire experience a joy instead of a stress. Joanne her team mate really helped us out on getting the loan ready.
Just the overall process, so much paperwork and forms, and it seemed as if there was always something else. Lynette helped navigate us through it, but getting a loan is not a fun process.
I've worked with Lynnette on two separate moves over the last 5 years and she has been great in both. She is very friendly, communicative, and knowledgeable which made the whole process run smoothly.
It took from me to do quiet a bit of follow up with the team (Angela and Maria N)
Overall I was happy except there was a breakdown in communication as the closing time came near. Weichert didn't get the appraisal completed and we had to jump through hoops to get a rush on it to avoid a delay in closing,
