Lynette was great and communicative, but others we dealt with were not so great to work with. The entire process was drawn out and frustrating, but that doesn’t reflect on Lynette. It reflects on her co-workers and the process as a whole.
My experience was ok. I had issues that I never had to deal with before. Angela was attentive but others, I felt a bit stressed dealing with.
Angela always answered our Questions and got back to us promptly. She was really great to work With and we appreciated all of her help and knowledge.
