Everything went smoothly.
Easy to work with, met deadlines and went above and beyond with some of the relocation things that had to be done.

The communication could of been better with the closing and I was asked to send the same documents several times.

Tom is really good at what he does and easy to talk to, but he's so busy that some of the communication dropped off, which may (or may not) have impacted an interest rate lock.
