I think kyle was cool but his assistant was bad at communicating to us. Often, i have to reach out to update where competitors would reach out every morning to update you where we stood with the process.

Matt was great. The loan processing not so much. From my viewpoint, the loan processing team has two jobs they need to be really good at: timely communication of the process, and accurate and timely documents.
