The staff is very friendly, but we never received return calls or answers to our questions. We left multiple voicemails. The staff was quick to tell us by email if we were holding things up though, usually because an email went to spam. This...

Every one is different. When you do not treat people differently then service suffers. Everyone's case is different. It is a shame I had to be the one to make note of certain things.

Great experience. Brian is very knowledgeable and will definitely be using his services again in the future.

Matt and his team dotted every 'I' and crossed ever 'T'. The process can be pretty lengthy but Matt wanted to make sure that there were no hiccups come closing.

Matt was easy to work with - only problem we had was the docu-sign stuff (because we are elderly.

a) Loan processing extremely long (approx 90 days) b) Did not received updates on the process of loan, every time we needed an update we were the ones calling or emailing
