Everything went smoothly. I had Matt’s telephone cell number and he would answer it at any time and I always got straight answers from him.

I know you loan agents are very busy, but I felt like Matt never had time to call me when I needed help seems we mostly communicated with emails. He is a good guy and very knowledgeable on loans but I like the human touch a little bit more....
