I realize that my situation was a bit more complex and required a lot of documentation, it just seemed that the multiple requests for previously provided items was not appropriate- perhaps this is to be expected

I really liked working with Matt, he was helpful and explained things very well, and was patient with me during this exciting time! I didn't like working with Jon, I found that to be frustrating and I didn't like how he answered my questions....
