Totally wasted our time, knowing we were self employed, made us jump through crazy hoops. (We are successful and profitable with W2s.) However went to Equinox financial and they got it done with half as much paperwork! Better rate and terms!...

Heather is very responsive and knowable in every aspect of lending. Working with her was a pleasure during the entire home buying process. I highly recommend her ask a lender.
