Very professional yet very friendly. Everything went as planned with only a few hiccups in getting paper work to them and that might have been on our end of it

Eric was amazing. He worked lots of different scenarios for us and hung with us during closing into the night because the builder was so backed up. He's also super responsive which was awesome
