WFG did not follow the agreement, and as a result, my buyer ended up paying for the home warranty out of his own pocket.

The only slight hiccup was the Notary did not mark or be specific about where we needed to sign.
Heather was instrumental in navigating the process of a very challenging transaction. She was very helpful in looking two steps ahead of the transaction to anticipate challenges that might occur.
