Everyone was very kind and made the closing process very easy. Everyone was professional experienced, knowledgeable and well organized! I highly recommend using this team for any title needs you have!
The process was streamlined and easy the only issue is a $5000 credit that was not given to the buyer now we have to figure how to get it to the buyer

Better communication would have led to an overall more satisfying experience. All parties were advised we wanted to close earlier than scheduled COE. I was never notified by escrow officer team that my loan recorded!!! Not a good experience...
