Wayne was very professional and understanding that I was very confused the whole time. He answered all of my questions and explained everything in terms I could understand.

Wayne cares about his customers. He answers the phone anytime he can at anytime the customer calls. He's pleasant, patient (with me that's great because I'm not good at all the electronic signing, etc.) and walks me thru things I need to do....
