Wasn’t the easiest loan to push through but Wayne pushed it through with ease and very little problems.

Easy communication, and answered every question I had.

He leaped us stay on schedule and submit all documents efficiently.

On a personal level, I will not need financing. that is only reason I would not work with wayne. He did an amazing job with a transaction that had a lot of moving parts. i know I could count on him to keep it together.
