Knowledgeable easy to work with
Everyone at Advisors that I worked with was very responsive and friendly. All of my questions were answered in timely way. No issues.
We really appreciated Dwayne’s help with a preapproval, then mortgage. It was helpful that he already knew our local lawyer and real estate agent.
The number of miscellaneous fees that one is charged when buying a home seems to be unlimited. When 45K to close is an overpayment by several hundred dollars two days before closing and $100 short the next day is annoying. Also the $20 "protection"...
