Would be nice to an overall process flow to understand start to finish.
Matt has our best interests in mind and we know we'll be taken care of.
I can call Mike any time even in weekends and he replies immediately when I ask any question, his advise is always right , he has excellent experience.
The process was smooth and easy and the videos sent about each stage of the loan made it easy to follow where things were. She is easy to understand when answering questions!
