    Overall is was a great experience there was one little issue. On the day of closing we had to wait about 45 minutes to get into a conference room. Tom and his staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.

    He went out of his way starting from pre qualification to end of loan process. Provided multiple pre cert letters during a bidding war and even dropped off/picked up documents from our house to ease the process. Definitely went above and beyond...
