Steve was very helpful in the loan process. He was always quick to respond and help us with any questions or concerns we had. He was very knowledgeable and had thorough answers to any question we could think of.
Steve was very professional and accommodating. Even when last minute issues arose, he handled things without batting an eyelash. I felt comfortable knowing that my lender had things taken care of.
He was willing to come out to our house to work on our paperwork, and organized for other parties to be present that we needed. Everything he did was respectful and in response what we needed.
