Steve made sure to explain everything completely to us when ever we had questions. He also showed us the math for each situation and made sure we made the best choice. He was diligent about being available when ever we ha questions.

Steve worked for my buyers. He was in communication with the seller's realtor more than myself. Example: when buyer's docs were ready be emailed her and copied me on it.
