Cat was amazing, I don't know Mark. I never talked to him and only got robot emails from him. I would recommend Cat 10/10 across the board but could do without all the robot emails from Mark.
Steve was very helpful from the start of the process to the end. He was very thorough with follow up and keeping me in the loop for every step of the process.
