It was very convenient.
Cody is great, we worked with him when we purchased and when we decided to refi there was no question we would be using him.
The paperwork kept getting lost or said we hadn't turned it in when we hadt. So it all seemed disorganized. We also got conflicting information from our realtor, mortgage and amerititle. That isn't all one person's fault, I realize though....
