I was refinancing because of the errors made on my mortgage 6 months ago. My closing documents were not sent so I had to wait 30 minutes. Then the payoff statement was wrong and didn’t reflect my July payment. So had to wait longer for that...

There was zero Accountability for what was delays, missed deadlines, and an extension.
