Mark and the entire NFM team are outstanding consummate pros at what they do. Communication is Paramount to them and you're never left wondering "what next?" They all go the extra mile for their client. I literally felt like family.
We kept getting requests for additional information when we thought we completed all requests. Maybe they could do a better job managing expectations.
