Helping from square 1 - being my own agent - they walked me through the process. Also I felt comfortable stopping in / or calling in anytime.
If I could have remained with one person to contact and send need documentation for the loan process it would have made it a lot easier. Working between 3 people on one loan was not ideal and sometimes made communication complicated.
Easiest home buying and closing experience I have ever had. Bernie was quick to take a call and answer any questions timely. The digital platform made the experience very streamlined and was easy to use.
