    We had a very tight window to get the loan done and move into our new house. Derrik worked with us and was able to get things done within our time frame and at the best possible rate. I would definitely recommend Derrik Brinkman and Guild Mortgage...

    Everything went great.Will use Guild again and wont ever deal with companies like Quicken again.This was a big relief compaired to my last refinance with Quicken.Guild did the job right and quickly.Great job Debbie Owen and your team.
