    From easy uploading of documents to a seamless closing, during special precautions due to COVID-19 no less, our experience with Kim Altier and Jonathan Powers was great!

    Kim made it less stressful on us buying our first home. I would highly recommend her if you are are a first time home buyer. Or even if you are not she was a great help with our home purchase process.

    She was always very friendly, personal, & genuine!! Kim was easy to reach and if you had any questions, she was ready with an answer!!! I’ve never dealt with a loan officer as great as Kim!
