I understand that I chose to refinance during a busy time, but that does not excuse the lack of communication experienced at various times. Although I do really feel like Eddie stepped it up when the processor dropped the ball.

We were told we’d be getting our $500 deposit plus an $1800 escrow check. Which did not sound right but I was reassured it was correct multiple times. We never got the $1800, just the $500. That was a big reason we refinanced and it was a fabrication...
